Follow Canada's Food Guide to Healthy Eating. Eat the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables, dairy, meat and alternatives. Reduce your sugar and fat intake.
A loving home
Organize your home and make it look pleasing to the senses.
Create great food for your family to enjoy with you.
Keep your home clean and chemical free.
Celebrate the members of your family.
Organize your finances by consolidating your credit cards. It is preferable to use a card that has a low finance rate and one that has a great user incentive program.
Use a bill payment system that is efficient and works every time. Place your bills in an envelope that is in a predictable location every time you need it.
Balance your checkbook every month and keep all of your tax statements in a set of file folders.
You have the power to control your emotions. It is your personal responsibility to do so.
Your personal differences can enhance your relationship. It is all in your attitude. If your attitude is loving, rather than judgmental, you will create an environment of safety and trust around you. You will benefit from this behaviour by attracting loving behaviour.
You must first love and care for yourself. Spend the time on yourself. You will radiate this love and attract others to feed it.
Have an attitude of team work. Work and live in harmony instead of in competition against your partner team.
